Author Note: This is a re-upload of the original War and Wings Chapter One that was published on 05/24/2012. Hopefully, I'll be able to revisit the entire fic, as well as provide new artwork for some chapters. General Summary: An innocent game of Truth-or-Dare forces Ratchet to recollect a time during the war when he worked as a field medic for the Iacon Clinic and Triage Facility. A time when the very fabric of Cybertronian culture and society was being ravaged by the advancing Decepticon army. A time...when he was in love with an ex-Decepticon named Io. I don't know what I'd rate this, honestly: It's got humor, PG-13 robot romance, wartime violence, cussing, and an eventual bar fight...
