If you've not read it, WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!?  IMO, it's probably one of the best Transformers comics that has ever been made.  The writer, James Roberts, is fantastic (aaaaand slightly evil...in that I'm-gonna-make-you-love-these-characters-then-kill-them-in-horrible-horrible-ways sorta way) and the art is top notch!  Seriously, if you're looking for something to hold you over until season two of RID and season four of Rescue Bots, go. read. this.
